Service Description:
The ITS Help Desk can assist with non-laptop equipment checkout and network issues. A staff member from the VCSU Technology Service Desk maintains an office in the ITS Help Desk on Mondays and by appointment for a full range of technology services.

The instructional designers have also identified specific areas of expertise to be shared across departments.
